    BEWARE. Extremely unprofessional Thieves! The same company is a Title Company, Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker, and they will embezzle your money. I placed an offer on a house and after being jerked around for more than 9 months, I requested to pull out of the deal. The contract had expired and been renewed on various occasions and finally expired and they never delivered on the house in question. According to the sales contract I would be entitled to a refund on the deposit. When I emailed to request cancellation, they simply ignored my contact. After 3 weeks of no reply, I spoke with a lawyer who sent them an email and they replied within hours. The lawyer wrote a couple of letters requesting a refund and they simply responded threatening us to feel free to follow up with whatever we deem necessary.and afterwards never respond further. Currently I am in the process of filing Better Business Bureau Complaints, A complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission. A complaint with the Florida Department of Insurance against the Title Company (which they own) as well as Filing Civil Theft Notice. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of courtesy as well as unprofessional behavior. I would strongly suggest staying away.

    Sitting outside at 10:10 AM in a line waiting on the bank to open which is supposed to be open at 10 AM. There's always two people working the window and one of them is also working the drive thru. It's horrible service! Have never seen anything like it before.

    The school would be 5star if Mr.Codone was not principal I have heard many negative things about his actions as a principal then had a chance to watch him in action several times and his resolutions never suited the situations band-aids or ineffective. Staff and Parents find his leadership disruptive and unobtrusive for students progression and growth. He has no children so he will never at the heart of the problem understand what kids need. The staff are great teachers great caring and understanding ..for the kids. Had one issue with a lunch staff being rude to my child as she is with allm the children and staff there they did nothing. The principal made an excuse and joke of the situation ex of no kids no heart of understanding. My neighbors child was ese principal was no help not truly concerned with his progression and special needs, example of no care no concern she removed her child by the way.

    I am a tenant in this building for many years and the maintenance is great on a daily basis and the prices are decent and the property manager is always in the building and will resolve any issue asap. The location is great next to I95 and Turnpike and Palmeto. i will recommend to every business owner to rent an office in this building.
