  BEWARE. Extremely unprofessional Thieves! The same company is a Title Company, Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker, and they will embezzle your money. I placed an offer on a house and after being jerked around for more than 9 months, I requested to pull out of the deal. The contract had expired and been renewed on various occasions and finally expired and they never delivered on the house in question. According to the sales contract I would be entitled to a refund on the deposit. When I emailed to request cancellation, they simply ignored my contact. After 3 weeks of no reply, I spoke with a lawyer who sent them an email and they replied within hours. The lawyer wrote a couple of letters requesting a refund and they simply responded threatening us to feel free to follow up with whatever we deem necessary.and afterwards never respond further. Currently I am in the process of filing Better Business Bureau Complaints, A complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission. A complaint with the Florida Department of Insurance against the Title Company (which they own) as well as Filing Civil Theft Notice. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of courtesy as well as unprofessional behavior. I would strongly suggest staying away.

  Unprofessional and untrustworthy is an understatement. I dealt with Nelson Savegh, who besides having a serious attitude problem, couldn't speak neither english or spanish properly. Additionally his knowledge of real estate was extremely limited. Not the type of people you want to do business with.
